Solutions-IG is the largest producer of the best warm edge spacer in Turkey. All the space bars we produce have this feature. It allows bending machines to bend and can be used smoothly even in glass under high wind load.

Warm edge spacer Metallic or Nonmetallic coatings on the back surfaces ensure that the strips are vapor and argon barrier. The adhesion strength of the surfaces that contact the sealing pasts is high. Resistance to UV rays, surfaces are resistant to scratches, low thermal elude coefficient are other important properties.

They are produced from raw materials that do not evaporation (fogging) in full automatic production lines. Thanks to the low psi value of the warm edge spacer the U value of the complete construction is reduced and energy saving is ensured.

Window is Hot edges are produced in a total of 8 colors, sizes ranging from 8 mm to 24 mm, and 3 main colours of any size and standard. Other sizes are produced on request.
