IG HOTMELT

Use
IG HOTMELT may be used with most commercially available insulating glass primary sealants.

It is specially designed to reach very low gas and moisture penetration rates.

Just as butyl sealant, hotmelt secondary sealant is one component sealant for IG units.

Hotmelt has very good physical and chemical properties.

It is easy to process.

It ensures optimal resistance to low and high temperatures.

It has good properties in terms of resistance and adhesion.

Gas leakage rate is optimized with IG Hotmelt.

IG Hotmelt sealant is completely suitable for IG units with good energy efficiency.

Preperation
The joint faces or surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean and free from dust and grease.
